Learning to Live The Learning to Live (L2L) program at Chatfield's Over-the-Rhine (OTR) Campus empowers students to overcome the barriers they face in achieving a quality college education. The majority of students attending Chatfield's OTR campus are African American women from low income backgrounds, the first in their family to go to college, and mothers caring for young children.
